Shipping Policy

At Auraa Official, we want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. The shipping timeline for every item is mentioned on its product page, so you can check it before ordering. The details below are additional information to help you plan.

Ready-to-Ship Stitched and Unstitched Articles
These orders are dispatched the same day or the next day. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

Within Pakistan: 1 to 4 days, depending on your location.
Outside Pakistan: 5 to 10 days.

Custom Stitched and Made-to-Order Articles
These pieces are prepared especially for you, so their shipping times are different and may vary depending on the item and the brand. If you’d like to know the timeline for your order, our team will be happy to help.

Delivery Delays
All delivery times are estimates. Once in a while, things like courier delays, weather, or busy sale periods can affect them. We keep a close eye on every order and will always do our best to get yours to you on time.

Thank you for shopping with Auraa Official. We can’t wait for your order to reach you!
